When you register on akkir.com or in the Akkir Radio app we collect your name, email address, and optionally a password (stored as a salted hash — never in plain text).

The Akkir Pro studio (app.akkir.com) uses third-party AI services to generate images, video scenes, and lip-sync animations. When you use these features, your uploaded images and audio may be sent to our AI processing provider (fal.ai) for processing. fal.ai processes data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Processed files are stored in your private folder in Cloudflare R2 object storage.
Account data is stored in Cloudflare KV (a globally distributed key-value store operated by Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Uploaded audio and image files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and encrypted at rest by Cloudflare.
Payment processing is handled by PayPal. We do not store card details. PayPal's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Transactional emails (submission outcomes, password resets) are sent via Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Email addresses are transmitted to Resend solely to deliver these emails.
The Akkir Radio website uses a session token stored in your browser's localStorage to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use anonymous analytics (Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel) to understand how the site is used in aggregate. These analytics tools do not receive your name or email address.
If you submit a track for airplay consideration, your submitted audio file and associated metadata are stored in Cloudflare R2 and AzuraCast (our streaming server). Files are reviewed manually and either approved for broadcast or rejected. You will be notified by email of the outcome. Approved tracks may remain in the radio library after account deletion; contact us to request removal.
Akkir Radio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
